Well, It's Not Panama

I have had an outstanding day today.

Full of love, life, connection.

Peace, calm, and a bit of planning.

Since my schedule is so full of important responsibility, and these are Jack’s last couple of months of school, I realized I can’t go anywhere internationally right now, at least not for the amount of time I was hoping for.

And that’s okay.

It will happen when it’s meant to.

So, for now, I’m pivoting.

Today, I took a close look at my calendar and found pockets of time, little openings where I can get away.

New adventures. New places. New states.

Wide open roads, hot springs, swanky resorts, and time with people who are special to me.

I’m excited.

I spent a lot of this winter hibernating.

There’s a reason I got so good at crochet so quickly.

Something I learned from gardening is that life blooms in the spring.

And despite the snow,

it truly is spring.
