As Seen on Stage

Leadership Voice • Emcee • Keynote Speaker

I help audiences feel connected, seen, and ready, especially when the spotlight is on and the pressure is high.

Whether I’m delivering a keynote, leading a workshop, or emceeing a high-stakes event, I speak to the hearts of those responsible for others before the crisis hits.

I teach the mindset, strategy, and inner strength it takes to lead with clarity when the heat turns up and the stakes get real.

My talks are grounded in lived experience, forged in fire, and designed to leave audiences feeling empowered, seen, and ready to lead.

The Legacy that Built Me

I was raised in this store.

Tatsuda’s IGA wasn’t just a family business.

It was my home, my training ground, and my heart.

We served this community for over 100 years, through war, recovery, and generational change.

When the landslide took it in 2020, it shattered more than a building. It cracked open my identity and gave me the chance to rebuild, authentically me.

This is where I learned leadership.

This is where I learned love.

This is where I learned how to serve.

The Heart Behind It All

Katherine Tatsuda family

I believe leadership isn’t about control, it’s about impact.

And when a person leads from their healed self, they shape a better future for everyone.

I’ve lived this truth. I know what it means to lead through grief, to rise from betrayal, to rebuild after loss, and to keep showing up with integrity, even when no one is watching.

My work is rooted in the belief that the world changes when we change the way we lead.

  • Leadership with integrity, even when it’s hard.

  • Wholeness over performance.

  • Courageous conversations over keeping the peace.

  • Consistency that builds trust, not control.

  • Personal healing as a foundation, not a footnote.

Whether I’m working with individuals, teams, or entire communities my mission is the same: To grow leadership that means something.

To grow leadership that means something. To help others rise with it.

What This Means For Your Leadership

Most leadership training prepares you for growth, strategy, and planned change.
I prepare you for the crisis no one saw coming—the kind that tests your integrity, your clarity, and your heart. For the moments that crack your world wide open. When the hits don’t come one at a time. When what you thought was solid shatters beneath your feet. When you're expected to lead others, while carrying the silent wreckage of your own collapse.

This isn’t the theory of leadership.
This is the fire it’s forged in.
And it’s where the truest kind of leadership begins.

Let’s Build Something Powerful. Together.

Whether you’re planning an event, navigating transition, or ready to rise in a new way,

this is where it begins.
