October was… October.

A month of more stress and more grief than I expected—

the kind that seeps into the edges of everything.

At the end of the month,

A ninety-minute training became a pounding on old scar tissue,

a reminder that even healed places can still ache—

and that I’m not yet done processing the abuse.

So I gave myself time—

to breathe,

to move,

to remember who I am beyond the weight of it all.

And somewhere in the midst of it,

I finally learned how to read the analytics on my website.

They told me more than I wanted to know—

and stirred up more than I was ready to feel.

So I stepped away.

Into fresh air.

Into friendship.

Into something that felt like life again.

I’m happy to be back.

I don’t know how much I’ll write from here—

the urgency to spill my soul has quieted.

But I still believe this space matters.

Thank you for holding it with me.
