You know that feeling the night before Christmas?

The anxious excitement of magic, love, presents, and time together.

Just wanting the hours to pass so you can get to the good stuff already.

That’s how I’m feeling today.

On the eve of a new adventure, knowing my heart and soul are about to be renewed in the best possible way.

I’m giddy.

Procrastinating packing.

My laundry is half done — so there’s that.

I think I’m so caught up in tomorrow that I’m having trouble focusing today.

And honestly, I’m just thankful.

Thankful to be where I am.

To be free.

To be happy.

To be living authentically.

To be surrounded by wonderful people.

To be touching possibility regularly.

And to be dancing through the opening pages of this new chapter.
